Contribution Information

All contributions go directly to the government relations firm. The only administrative expenses are to register the corporation with the state and to upkeep the FAME website domain.

It is the Alliance's goal and intention of work with and support the legislative interests of existing non-profit media and entertainment associations throughout the state, representing a broad spectrum of Florida's media and entertainment industries.

Membership structure is as follows:

Executive Members - $2500

For their annual dues payment, a qualified person or organization may become an Executive Member if they meet the following criteria:

  1. Works as a Representative of the Florida Media or Entertainment Industry or is a Florida resident or a Florida organization/entity that wishes to educate and support the business aspects of the industry
  2. Has obtained sufficient State and/or Federal Licensure to engage in said activity (if required by law) and is in good standing.

An Executive Member has the right to be elected as an officer to the Board of Directors of FAME, and has the right to a voice and vote at membership meetings, may hold office, may sit on committees and/or Chair a committee, and have a voice and vote within that committee.

General Member - $500

For their annual dues payment, a qualified person or organization may become a General Member if they meet the following criteria:

  1. Works as a Representative of the Florida Media or Entertainment Industry or is a Florida resident or a Florida organization/entity that wishes to educate and support the business aspects of the industry
  2. Has obtained sufficient State and/or Federal Licensure to engage in said activity (if required by law) and is in good standing.

A General Member has the right to a voice at membership meetings, may sit on committees and/or Chair a committee, and have a voice and vote within that committee. General Members have no voting rights other than within a committee.

Friends of FAME - $100*

Reserved for those companies and/or individuals who would simply like to contribute to the cause of FAME and the legislative interests of the State, but do not wish to have membership standing with the association.

* $100 is the suggested contribution but any amount will be accepted; every dollar counts!
